Redspear Web Sliders-2

Redspear Safety is an Aboriginal owned, engineering safety business that exists to provide engineered safety solutions to the mining, oil & gas, marine and constructions sectors. Our primary objective is to ensure that the worker who goes to work returns home safely to his/her family. We do this through innovation, design and the supply of world – class equipment to these sectors and we believe that if it cannot be done safely, it should not be done at all.

We have evolved to become a single sourcing channel that consists of a number of best – in – class local, national and international suppliers and this ensures that we are always at the cutting edge of our sector. We are trustworthy, reliable and solution oriented – It is our ability to source a broad number of products efficiently from anywhere in the world that differentiates us from our competitors.

Our supply chain includes some of the most respected names in Lifting and Rigging and Height Safety globally. Through a range of partners, we are able to provide a broad range of innovative products, solutions and services as well. We are tenacious and able to find the right product, get it to the right place at the right time and importantly, at the right price. We rely on an unshakeable resolve to be the best business in our area of operations by providing best in class service and commercial excellence to punch well above our weight.

Our operating model allows us to improve the efficiency of operations by providing a one stop solution for a broad range of engineered products. In addition to providing high quality products and services, we believe that the sharing and promotion of Aboriginal culture in Australian corporate society is an important part of our mission as a business.

We are committed to being a role model for Aboriginal people and therefore provide pro bono support to St Catherine’s College (support for Aboriginal students for tertiary education) and Aboriginal Choice (Better service provision for Elders). We also work in support of a strong Aboriginal business eco-system and work hand in hand with agencies such as the Local Contractors Alliance and Many Rivers to promote the value of thriving Aboriginal businesses as a key component to economic freedom in both urban and remote Aboriginal communities in Western Australia and beyond.

This contributes to our vision of our community where we will see a decline in welfare dependency and long-term unemployment and instead see increased levels of education and economic freedom among young people. We are active contributors to Reconciliation Western Australia and our Managing Director, Mr Barry McGuire, is a board member of the afore mentioned organization while he also shares culture with “Captains of Industry” across Western Australia.
